Connie M. Van Cleve is the author of three novels and dozens of short stories. A photographer with an insatiable passion for travel, she backpacked 6 months across India, and she's traveled through 62 other countries, as well.
In 2017, Ms. Van Cleve completed a 53 day/9,000 km solo 4x4 camping safari through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe. In July of 2018, she guided a group of nine on a three week camping/photo safari through South Africa and Namibia. She completed another very successful and intimate 3-week camping safari in The Kruger in August of 2019. In late 2024, she'll be heading out to guide another camping/photo safari through South Africa & Namibia.
She is also co-owner of the specialty construction company, Spencer Dean Creations & Biophilic Designs, where she assists in creating museum-quality,
nature-inspired art.
